Here is a List of Essential Oils to Help Battle Against Your Next Blister:</span></h5>

<li style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px;">Lavender</span></strong></li>
<li><strong><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px;">Myrrh</span></strong></li>
<li><strong>Tea Tree</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h5><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px;">Various Methods of Application:</span></h5>
<ul style="list-style-type: circle;">
<li><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; text-align: center; font-size: 14px;"><strong>Band-Aid</strong> &#8211; Apply 1-2 Drops of Essential Oil(s) to the Band-Aid before applying to the blister.  </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px;"><strong>Compress</strong> &#8211; Add 6-9 Drops of Essential Oil(s) to 8 ounces of hot or cold water in a bowl.  Soak washcloth, wring it out, and apply to blister.  Optional: Apply a dry hand towel over the wet washcloth.  Repeat every 5-15 minutes, or as needed.  </span></li>
<li><strong><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px;">Cotton Ball </span></strong><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px;">- Apply a few Drops of Essential Oil(s) to the Cotton Ball and rub over the blister.  </span></li>
<li><strong><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px;">Gauze </span></strong><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px;">- Apply a few Drops of Essential Oil(s) to the Gauze, secure over the blister.   </span></li>
</ul>

<p>You may choose to use one essential oil listed above or mix a few together.</p>
