Battle Blisters with Essential Oils

Some of us know all too well that blisters can take the joy out of buying a new pair of shoes.

Have no fear, essential oils are here to help…

Band-Aid – Apply 1-2 Drops of Essential Oil(s) to the Band-Aid before applying to the blister.
Compress – Add 6-9 Drops of Essential Oil(s) to 8 ounces of hot or cold water in a bowl. Soak washcloth, wring it out, and apply to blister. Optional: Apply a dry hand towel over the wet washcloth. Repeat every 5-15 minutes, or as needed.
Cotton Ball - Apply a few Drops of Essential Oil(s) to the Cotton Ball and rub over the blister.
Gauze - Apply a few Drops of Essential Oil(s) to the Gauze, secure over the blister.

You may choose to use one essential oil listed above or mix a few together.
